Bro. First of all, you need to know a formal definition of the internet. What is the internet? It is a network of networks that consists of private, public, academic, business, and government networks of local to global scope, linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless, and optical networking technologies.
When Im saying that Im connected to the internet, obviously it means that I am connected to a network of billions of computers sharing tons of informations with each other. In simple language you can say that internet is just about sharing informations among a network of computers.
Now coming to your question, you have asked that how and from where the internet is produced. The internet is not produced from anywhere. There isnt any specific point of production of the internet. Now you will ask that if internet cant be produced then how are we accessing it? I dont want to make my answer complex so I will keep it simple. There are internet sevice providers (ISPs) of different tiers which serves only the service of accessing internet. They are just providing us spectrum or a network to transfer informations among computers.
